Why start training?  More like why not start?  

What are your reasons for not committing to your health? 

Maybe you feel it's too expensive, you don't have time, it's too hard, you don't have a good support group.  But in reality, there are so many free options out there such as youtube, instagram, facebook, etc.... Plus a walk or run or body weight workouts are totally free and doable anywhere.  

Just start moving no matter what it is and stick with it, make attainable goals and small changes overtime.  Most of all be patient, results will come over time it may take weeks or months to really see a change but stick with it!  

How to get through the holidays!

You will eat more than normal and different foods that you may not be use to, let it happen!  Don't stress and enjoy family and the food they have prepared.   However, if you have food sensitivities or allergies bring the food you can eat or eat ahead of time.  Get movement and workouts in and keep a schedule.  Find what alleviates the holiday rush and stresses and put up boundaries. You can do it and get back to a normal routine as soon as you can!
