Breathing for Performance and Life

This is a 3 month long program in which we utilize the Oxygen advantage to help restore normal and peak breathing. This is not just a meditative breath-work program you will be up and moving and implementing it throughout your day to day life to illicit the most profound changes. 

Who is it great for?

Clients with Sleep Apnea, anxiety or panic disorder, Asthma, Allergies, Post COVID, weight loss, peak performance.  We address goal setting, behavior change and overall Health and nutritional changes, even hormone changes!  

How do the sessions happen?

By phone or Zoom or if local in person.

What does it include?

4 sessions lasting 55 minutes, text message follow up and educational videos on the breathing exercises

Want to keep you're alignment under control?

Breath work can help with keeping your adjustments and alignment for longer, by adding stability to your trunk, hips and pelvis.  We can achieve this by changing our daily breathing habits to become more Low, Slow and Deep, the less we breath the more optimal our health is and it increases our longevity. Changing and understanding your breathing habits allows us to increase our abdominal pressure, creating a ballon like effect to our torso for more stability for us to move around.  It also shifts us to a parasympathetic response which allows the body to return to homeostasis, and with this creates less tension in the body and decreases our pain receptors.
