Private Training tailored is to the needs of the client! It is a 60 minute session, where we focus on many different aspects of fitness, utilizing the breath, visual system, brain/cognitive training, cardiovascular training, strength, mobility and stabilization.

Group Fitness Training

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Group Training (2-6 Clients per hour) We focus on increasing each clients fitness goals, in a fun and creative way. We are constantly doing new exercises and programming!

Health coaching at Move Wysely provides personalized guidance to help you create lasting, meaningful lifestyle change. Each session focuses on reviewing progress, setting clear and achievable goals, overcoming obstacles, and refining your plan to fit your life. You’ll leave with simple, actionable steps that build consistency, increase motivation, and support long-term health—so the work you do extends far beyond the gym.

Meditating Couple Outdoors

MINDFUL BREATHING LAB

This is a 1 on 1 session to help the client change behaviors and increase their life outcome through breath, goal setting and understanding their themes in their lives in order to illicit the most change! Unique Breathe work that allows us to heal from disease and recharge our lives. This will help clients with Asthma, Allergies, Sleep Apnea, Performance.
