At Move Wysely, we approach training differently than most gyms in the Buffalo area. Mindfulness is a big focus when it comes to each and every client. The mindfulness approach helps more than making our clients feel better about their workouts while doing them; it also improves body, mind, and spirit at a deeper level, bringing individuals closer to their goals. It's not just training for the physical body but also just as much as the emotional.    We like to transition clients from physical therapy or post injury into the gym or just make our athletes and clients achieve the best health they can.

While our programming is based on each individual and their goals, Move Wysely ensures that we program breathing with each workout we lead for you. With the focus on breathing during the movements, it can help aid in recovering faster and aid in weight loss.
