Human Potential Post Concussion

(All clients must do an assessment first) This session will bring you through a systematic approach to each individuals symptoms, this session involves a 20 min cardiovascular warm up with breathing instructions, moving breathing, lymphatic drainage, Visual, Balance and Cognitive training. We will be working towards balancing out the nervous system then progressing through more advanced exercises. We will do table work as needed and implement in nutritional changes and monitor sleep. 

Learn to Breath Wysely

This is a 1 on 1 session to help the client change behaviors and increase their life outcome through breath, goal setting and understanding their themes in their lives in order to illicit the most change!  Unique Breathe work that allows us to heal from disease and recharge our lives.  This will help clients with Asthma, Allergies, Sleep Apnea, Performance,

Women's Breath Wysely class

This class will be for women, to help understand their cycle and how it relates to their fitness routines.  Along with understanding and changing their breathing habits and increasing their health with their breath and syncing with their cycle.   We will do a goals sheet, breath work, visualization, some movement and talk about your hormone health and diet. 

Group Training 

Group Training (2-6 Clients per hour) We focus on increasing each clients fitness goals, in a fun and creative way. We are constantly doing new exercises and programming!  

Private Training 

 Private Training  tailored is to the needs of the client! It is a 60 minute session, where we focus on many different aspects of fitness, utilizing the breath, visual system, brain/cognitive training, cardiovascular training, strength, mobility and stabilization.

About The Gym

This will be a fun workout environment, yet it will demand you to become more coordinated and increase your cognitive thinking.

Sessions will be an hour long, consisting of a Warmup, Breathing, Visual Training, Strength & Conditioning!

Bio of the owner!

She played both college ice hockey and soccer and still plays at a competitive level, along with recreational sports of jiu jitsu, snowboarding, skiing and football.

She has her Masters degree in health and human performance along with her massage license. 

Certifications include: 


Stott Pilates Mat, Reformer and Barre

MAT Jumpstart.
